“We were WOWED by our first try of Pasturebird chicken thighs. Way better than organic chicken. It's more than the fact that it tastes fresher than chicken from a store and even from our food conscious co-op. There is a delicate flavor difference that is hard to describe. The best analogy I can provide is it's like the difference of an aged full bodied red wine v.s. a young wine. We are hooked and will be loyal customers.”

“I placed my order on Sept.27. On Sept 29, rec'd email stating it was delayed and would ship Oct. 5th. On Oct 1, I rec'd email stating the shipment was on the way, and included a FedEx tracking number. On Oct. 6th, rec'd an email stating it was delayed and would ship on Oct. 12th. Since I had no confidence this would actually ship, I cancelled the order. No apologies received, just acknowledgement that refund was processed. Will shop elsewhere in the future.”

My order arrived a day late and no longer frozen and FedEx and PastureBird act like everything is okay even though FedEx did not leave the package since I declined it due to being inedible. Still have had nothing from either company to redress this 100 dollar lesson learned about both of them.”
