“The first time I ordered it was great. The chicken is very good. However on my second order- after almost a month…. I called to see what happened. I guess they lost my order. They were very nice and said they would ship a replacement that week. Well, that never happened . I had to call them again .”

“Very poor customer service. I ordered a box of skinless breasts. It sat in a shipping warehouse over a weekend and once it got to me the package was leaking and all chicken was thawed. I contacted the company and they said they would ship out another package and it would not happen again. Not sure if they forgot, but its been about a week and a half and nothing.”
“I placed my order on April 3rd (PB31544) and never received the order. I was sent an email a few days after my order was placed with a tracking number that never shipped. I contacted Pasturebird via text message bot on the Pasturebird website that I never received my order. On April 22nd, I received an email with a new order (PB32086) and a new tracking number for another order that hasn't shipped yet. I just tried to track the shipment and it appears to be another ghost shipment. Nobody from Pasturebird has even called me to discuss it. Very disappointing since I want to support and patronize small businesses like Pasturebird.”
