“I love you guys but: I haven't received my order yet because it was delayed. Which is fine - supplies are screwed up and it's the holidays - nothing is on time. However you guys are sending me a survey every day anyway, which is starting to make me want to fill them out. Maybe figure out a system where you don't keep prompting someone who hasn't received his shipment yet?”
“Love the birds, but customer service is lacking. First order was lost….we forgot about it…oh yeah where are our birds…no one called us to tell us about it…they had to reshape..and we upgraded to an item which was previously out of stock. They billed us for the difference incorrectly but we didn’t want to say anything to hold up shipment which is only once a week and we already waiting 4 weeks…they said they would expedite shipping but only got the birds after 3 days after ship. The dry ice all melted but thank god birds still okay..another few hours…also our 2 phone called to them not answered or returned. Sadly We will be looking for another provider.”
