“Pasturebird chicken is a superior product. It has a clean fresh taste and the best flavor of any chicken I've had. It cooks well too, the meat is tender (not "rubbery") and I noticed because of the lack of excess fat, the skin cooks well and the meat underneath does too. In other chickens, the fat under the skin insulates the meat and it gets soft and slippery. Also, buying from a local business is extremely important to the economy, especially those in agriculture.
