“Hi guys, Thanks for checking in with me! I have tried the wings and they were good. The main thing that made me really happy, they did not have a "bottom" taste the next day. They tasted as good as they did the first day. I can't explain the "bottom" taste except that when I buy from the market (organic!) and cook it, it tastes fine the first day right after I cook it. Then, the next day it has a taste that I describe as a "bottom" taste and it just ruins it. I am mostly a vegetarian and have food sensitivities so the protein I eat is very important to me. I don't have dairy, I don't really care for any kind of meat, so I am happy to report that, so far so good. I will try the chicken breast this week. I also can't have anything but salt and pepper on my meat/chicken when I cook it, so taste is SO important. Thank you for asking and sorry this is so LONG! Phyllis Chavez”
