“Wonderful chicken. I was spoiled when they were the chicken of choice at the local health food grocery. They changed vendors and Pasture Bird was moving about the same time. I just recently moved and now just order directly from them! It's easy, same wonderful packaging, roughly 1 pound each, which makes it more confident when buying in bulk like I do. Best flavor thighs I've ever had! Legs are great too.”

I have eaten one so far and it was fairly tasteless when cooked in the instant pot where I usually have very good results. It is chewy which is expected from pastured animals. It was not as tender or juicy as I would have liked. The broth is exceptionally gelatinous though.”
“I’m definitely a believer in the mobile coop concept, however I wanted to give you all some honest feedback. If you can freeze the chicken in a flat manner, instead of a chunk, it would be best. It takes forever to de frost and causes over cooking. Also not sure why my entire house smelled really bad when I cooked the chicken, not sure what caused that to happen. You all have excellent customer service, appreciate it!”

“I had been buying Pasture Bird chicken breast at Sprouts and it was so good I decided to order direct chicken wings and a whole chicken. It arrived frozen and well packaged, but unfortunately the wings were so tough when I cooked them I couldn’t even eat them. I cook chicken wings all the time so it wasn’t the cooking process. So disappointing…I really thought I finally found a great natural healthier product. Bummer.”
