“My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed Pasturebird Chicken. We have ordered two times now, a box of Drumsticks, and have even enjoyed a coupon each time. The way we prepare the legs is by thawing in the fridge, then tossing them with salt, pepper, onion powder, dried or fresh cilantro, cumin, coriander, black pepper, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, and a little bit of "herbs de Provence." Then I place all the legs (about 10) for my family, 5 children, in the air fryer at 400°F for approx. 30-40 minutes. I serve it with rice and butternut squash soup. SO GOOD!! Thus far I tried the chicken breast in a indian curry slow simmer and I first sataued the breast alone so I could tell if there was a noticeable difference between your chicken and premium store bought organic skinned and boned breast and I am happy to report there was a noticeable difference so I would definitely choose your chicken over any premium store bought and will continue buying your chicken in spite of using little in my cooking. There were very limited options when I made my purchase so hopefully that will change but I see Farmer Dan is almost completely sold out. Cheers”
