The quality and ease of having the chicken delivered right to your door can't be beaten. I can taste the difference in the chicken, it just tastes so much healthier and fresh. The packs are easy to store and make prepping the right amount of food easy. Customer service is great! All in all a wonderful way to get fresh healthy chicken for you and your family.”
“Overall, I really enjoy the chicken breasts we get from Pasturebird. I think the one issue I would like to see fixed is many of the packages leak when defrosting, which is not fun to clean-up.”

“The quality of the chicken is amazing. The only issue I had was the delivery of the order on January 13th. Fedex at first showed that the order was going to be delivered on January 16th and then the delivery date disappeared. When I sent a message, I received a response that the order would be sent out on the 23rd. So I waited till the 27th and sent another message. Got a response that it was delivered a week prior ( I still had not gotten the box ). They wanted more information and by that time I was done with answering questions. I did receive it over two weeks after I ordered it but at that time I ended up ordering another box and that box came in less than a week. I got very irritated because I felt like they did not get what I was saying and didn't know what I was talking about. That was the only issue, with that being said I will still order again from this company due to the quality of the food.”
“After eating store bought chicken, which shrinks significantly after cooking due to the saline and water it is injected with, I was enthusiastically surprised by pasturebird. The chicken came out of the instant pot the same as it went in i terms of weight. It was tender, juicy and delicious!”
“This is not daniel, this is his sister cheryl. Daniel sometimes buys chicken for me as a gift but this time I'm buying some for myself. My chicken was shipped last Monday and it arrived this Monday, some of it was defrosted and there was chicken blood leaking out of it. Ick.”
“This was mot the best experience. My delivery was delayed for 7 days, therfore it sat on a truck for 5 days more than it should of. I sent an email & Meredith advised she was sorry to hear the delivery was delayed but rest assured it was packed wirh plenty of dry ice. When I recieved the box today there NO dry ice only an insulted box. I've sent an email however I have not heard from anyone. I will wait 24 hours with hopes someone reaches out. The picture attached show the thawed chicken I recieved & the juices inside the packaging. Look forward to having a conversation with someone. Regards Tracy”
