“I'm a first time author and I was terrified to self publish. I had no idea how to do it and I was worried that my book would be full of mistakes. Penguin Author House made the process so easy They took my manuscript and gave me back something that was polished clean and ready for the world to see. “Do not use this company ! This company uses its name to pose as another famous book publisher - penguin random house This company does not have experience in selling books, I have just been scammed by them, I stupidly read the bad reviews after I paid them (I thought I recognised the name) I immediately asked for a refund before they started any work and this was 2 weeks ago and I still have no money in my account and they promise they have refunded me and are sending me fake refund transaction screenshots To try and get me to believe they published best sellers online they sent me listing of great books published by the real - peguin authors house and tried to tell me that they were under the same umbrella as them when I caught them out (they are most definielty not) Don't be fooled like me”
