1. After placing the order in the UK last week, I requested expedited shipping via email, but it was not arranged accordingly.
2. I specifically requested gift box packaging when placing the order, but it was not provided.
3. Most unacceptable is that the pen has paint peeling on the body. As it is intended as a gift, this significantly affects its presentation and value.”
