The front-end web-site is pretty easy to use and ordering is not an issue and there is tracking available.
I have purchased twice from Perception Lighting and twice there was a delay in the back-end warehouse in terms of confirmation. In saying that once the back-end warehouse processed the order delivery was prompt and tracked.
If you order from Perception Lighting just check the order has been processed at the back-end - they are very responsive to emails.”
“The product I purchased was better than anticipated. And the best price I could find.
When I purchased the product on line it stated 1-5 days delivery. So when it hadn’t arrived within that time limit I called and spoke to a representative who was apologetic and stated they had unforeseen staff shortage. I received the product the next day.
All in all a good experience with this company.”
“Terrible service. I was told that my order would be dispatched on the same day or next business day if ordered after lunchtime. After a week I contacted to see why I hadn’t received any info and I was told that the warehouse was being relocated and no orders were being processed for another couple of days. It was a week and a half before my order was dispatched”
