“The concept is very nice et well organised. The biggest trouble is the taxes i had to pay which represents 40% of the total price. Also 2 x 21€. (initial amount was 100€ for 100 masks) It was not indicated in the website. I wouldn't be allowed. I thingkk that I will notice it through X and social websites to inform other consumers.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review and sorry you feel this way towards the service and products provided. With recent changes of custom laws items from the UK do incur a Customs fee. We do detail this fee on our website but we are sorry if you feel this was not made clear enough.
