Hi Cath, I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed. Our mask kits are listed for sale as DIY self assembly kits, and the process is explained in our product images & in the description, but I will of course feed this back to our team for further consideration. Regarding the lack of elastic, one of our team is getting in touch with you about this now and I can only apologise that you didn't receive enough with your order.
