"Have had reliable and speedy deliveries till now but last order has sat at packing stage for over a week now!!!\r\n\r\nHave contacted them twice. \r\n\r\nFirst time had well worded apology and assurance order would be prioritised, but days later no change in order status.\r\n\r\nSecond time I asked for explanation and was advised a system \"upgrade\" in their warehouse was causing the delay. Again days later, 10 days after order, status is still at packing.\r\n\r\nDont use Pet Circle if you need order quickly!!!"
