“How good a company is should be measured when things go wrong. Through no fault of their own Royal Mail lost my first parcel. Danny on first contact was polite, understanding to the time scale I wanted the gift and sorted a replacement that has arrived on time. First class customer service. A very happy customer who will use this company again”

“Firstly I would like to state that we have been to probably about 15 shops and have come back here solely because we LOVED our experience with sonam, she was so helpful and rushed to help us, she welcomed us no matter how many times we came back to try the rings on! She was so informative, friendly went above and beyond and really feel like this is our new jewellers, hopefully she’s still there when we go back! THANK YOU SONAM (Preston store) we love our sapphire engagement ring!”
