“I'd been searching for a pillow that stayed cool all night so, I tried your company hoping to find the solution. However, your customer service person suggested a pillow that would solve my problem. I took it at his word BUT although the pillow has a cold surface initially BUT after using it for a around 10 to 15 minutes it gets hot as do other 'cool' pillows so that was a waste of money for a highly over priced pillow !! I also took up the special offe of a 'lavender' pillow - that was as useful as a chocolate fire guard !! Then to cap it all the delivery driver left the pillows outside my front door and not in a safe place I wanted !!”

Our cooling pillows are some of our best sellers and highest rated pillows on the site, but comfort and suability are subjective and sometimes it just doesn't work for everyone.
