Really sorry to hear your pillow didn't meet your expectations. We try and match everyone with their perfect pillow but sometimes it just isn't a perfect match
“Delivery of the pillows I bought was prompt but the delivery company they use (DPD) is dreadful as they make no attempt to see if you're in & then completely ignore the instructions you give re where to leave the parcel. Unfortunately my pillows were too firm so had to return them, but that is a nightmare to do as well. I strongly recommend that you buy from a store if possible.”

Hi Clive, we have free shipping on orders over £50. Apologies if there has been a miscommunication, we can see in our records there has never been mention of free shipping over £21
Hi, I'm so sorry you didn't find your anti-snore pillow effective, we have had lots of rave reviews about it making a real difference but unfortunately it seems it didn't work for you.
Hi Shelley, really glad to hear you are enjoying your new pillows. Our memory shouldn't have any particular smell, sometimes you might just have to let them breath for a few hours after coming out of their packaging. If you do think something is wrong however do give our customer services a ring and they will help you out :)
