Hi. The lavender pillows have micro capsule technology for the longest possible life of the scent. To release the scent at night you simply rub the cover before bedtime. We have added text and videos on the web site to explain too. Please give the pillows a good rub and let us know if the Lavender scent is there for you. If the scent really isn't there for some reason of course we would exchange them.

“not what i ordered, was supposed to have a firm foam insert, if it was there i couldn't feel it, communication was so poor I thought it was a scam. Delivery took forever. I told them that the pillow wasn't suitable for me, the reply was well someone in your family might be able to make use of it. Total waste of £27. won't use again nor will I ever recommend them.”
Hi Janet, really to sorry to hear you weren't happy with your Pillow World experience. We despatched your pillow with next day delivery and tried our upmost to meet your expectations but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect fit.
“I ordered on 29 March and finally received my pillows on 13 May. Although communication was very good I still think this was too long to wait. Not all Pillow Worlds fault as DPD miss directed part of the original package and then returned it to Pillow World.”

“Pillow was too big for the standard pillow case to hard,too thick, comes down the bed to far so your feet hang off the end of the bed basically a load of rubbish and a waist of money don't buy from them! I wish that someone would make a normal sized merorie foam pillow that's medium/firm instead of all these poncy over priced ones.”
