Make sure to read the return process. You have to pay to return and no grantee they will refund. Unfortunately I opened one of the seal of one of the pillows so, i can’t return that one.”

“Excellent service from Pillow World.
Even though the pillows weren’t in stock as soon as they were they were delivered very quickly.
The only complaint is with Hypnos is that they have made the pillows slightly smaller and they don’t seem as comfortable as our older ones.”

Hi Yvonne, really sorry there was a delayed to your Hypnos pillows. You bought these pillows on an extended lead time however we had unforeseen issues with the supplier which meant you had to wait a few extra days. Really sorry about this and hope you are sleeping better now.

The Pillow - Well its a nice enough pillow, but didnt support my neck or sholders, ended up buying a pillow from another place in which I could try them all, before I brought it. “Having spent a lot of time looking for a pillow for my achy neck I came upon Pillow World. The choice was excellent and the information regarding each pillow was useful and helpful before chosing which one was right for myself and my ailments. The pillows weren’t cheap but they will hopefully be worth what I paid for them. I haven’t received the pillows yet so I can’t comment on the quality and whether they have helped my aching neck and with sleeping. Cross fingers though. I’m looking forward to receiving my pillows.”
