“Although I am very satisfied with my new pillow, Pillow World leave a lot to be desired. How it can take almost 3 weeks to deliver one pillow is beyond me. If you do not have the pillows in stock you should not be advertising them. If, like a lot of companies you had let me know it was not in stock I could have gone elsewhere. Or even if you had not taken my money until it was in stock that would have been acceptable. This pillow was needed due to medical reasons and having to wait for such a long time for delivery has made the matter even more distressing. The reassurance I got by email every time I contacted your team did not help one bit. Your delivery needs improving if your company is to survive.”

I was surprised to see that no pillow protectors were offered but then relieved some standard ones I already had fit the somewhat weird shape. I am sleeping in a flatter position than I thought possible given my asthma etc and seem to be sleeping well on my side or my back. Well worth the investment!”

“Quickly delivered. This pillow is a replacement for an original dunlopillo super comfort, much loved one. It felt lighter than the original which is a benefit. I found it to be super comfy on my side with my hand underneath and also sleeping on my back. It is expensive, however a good nights sleep with great posture support is priceless. This is the best value from pillow world. I saved 10% on signing up for their newsletters.”

So sorry you didn't like the pillows, we have had lots of really good reviews for the Goose feather and down pillows, but comfort is personal. Just a shame these weren't right for you.
