Had a small problem with stock being available but pillow word sorted out delivery as soon as they could and got a % of the order for the invoice ok to deal with”
“I never realised how bad by old pillows were until I brought these new ones. Although I had no trouble sleeping I would wake up with stiff shoulders and back ache. Since getting these new pillows that is no longer an issue. Would defiantly recommend updating your pillows and these have bene great.”
“The pillows are fabulous. Getting them was a nightmare. Four times DPD driver when to the wrong house eventually I sat outside the wrong house and collected them from the driver. I won't buy anymore!”
Hi Christopher, really sorry to hear you had issues with the courier, its equally as frustrating for us as we want you to have your pillows as soon as possible!
