Hi Shelley, really glad to hear you are enjoying your new pillows. Our memory shouldn't have any particular smell, sometimes you might just have to let them breath for a few hours after coming out of their packaging. If you do think something is wrong however do give our customer services a ring and they will help you out :)

Hi. The pillow has microcapsule scent technology, meaning it is a subtle scent normally and for a stronger Lavender smell simply give the cover a rub before going to sleep. That will release the scent more strongly for a few hours and help you drift off to sleep. It also ensures the scent stays in the pillow for longer.
