Hi Lee, really sorry to hear you didn't get on with your pillow. We try and match everyone with their perfect pillow but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect fit. It is industry standard not to accept returns on used and opened pillows for hygiene reasons. Hope you can understand :)
