“If you are not sure about your purchase, please read the return policy carefully because once opened, you can no longer return the pillow. But how can you check without opening it 🤷‍♀️”

Hi Jane, I'm sorry to hear you were left waiting for your pillows. I can see we sent these out to within 3 days of receiving your order but looks like their were issues with the courier which meant the consignment was delayed. Really sorry about this but hope you are sleeping well with your new pillows now :)

“Within 15 minutes of ordering i received 3 more irrelevant emails. Absolute spam which makes me worry to the legitimacy of the company. Time will tell.”
