We always aim to despatch within 2 working days however due to our competitive process sometimes we are out of stock like we were with your order. We pride ourselves on communicating with our customers ASAP but we understand sometimes this is not good enough. Glad to hear you were happy with your order and pillows however :)

Hi Joan, really sorry to hear your order was delayed. Looking into your order I can see that we only got a postcode as a delivery address. This might explain why it took a little longer to deliver and why the courier struggled to find you.
