“Actual purchasing was easy and straightforward. My only complaint is that you are forced to go to the shop app to see tracking details. I won't allow apps I don't want to access my emails so this is quite a concern for me. I would be grateful if you could tell me when I can expect my order to arrive. Many thanks”

Your lead time is communicated on your order confirmation and you will get a notification when your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Having a look into your order I can see your pillow will be with you in 3-5 working days :)
