“Pillows are not what they say there are. Ordered firm pillows, disappointed. Softer than I already had. They say you can’t return them when taken out of packaging. Will not shop with them again.”

Hi Allyson, really sorry to hear you didn't get on with your pillows. We always try and match everyone to their perfect pillow but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect match. Its industry standard not to accept returns on used pillows for health and hygiene reasons, Hope you can understand :)

Hi Richard, I'm really sorry to hear you were having trouble with DPD. Our customer service team do everything they can to facilitate address changes but sometimes DPD still deliver to the incorrect address. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
