Unfortunately the company use DPD for their deliveries, the driver didn't even attempt at all to deliver it my flat, they never do where I live, he just went straight to a post office for me to pick up..I realise this isn't the companies fault but unfortunately won't use them again, delivery charges can be expensive enough without them actually being delivered or even tried to.”

As you say, DPD not delivering to where you live is out of our control and by the sounds of it something that happens quite a lot to your address. “Poor, order 2 weeks ago, nothing been sent no updates, site say delivery within 3 to 5 days. When contacting them all they say is we have 10 to 14 lead time. Very poor communication and for a lot of money and nothing to show”

We always aim to despatch within 2 working days however due to our competitive process sometimes we are out of stock like we were with your order. We pride ourselves on communicating with our customers ASAP but we understand sometimes this is not good enough.

“There is always a slight smell with a temper pillow, but after leaving it in fresh air for 24 hours the smell has gone completely. It was much lighter in weight than I expected and quite thin in depth, however, this is probably the best Tempur pillow I've ever had. I have spondylosis in my neck and I'm a side sleeper so I have to make sure my pillow is firm and that it fits my neck perfectly. This one does. Since using the pillow I've had the best nights sleep in ages. For me this is perfect.”
