Hi Janice, it is industry standard not to accept returns on used and opened pillows for hygiene reasons. Hope you can understand :)

“I cannot collect my package from pharmacy as I am housebound and my Son is not home from his holiday until 17th July so what do I do now??? I was at home bur DPD DIDNT KNOCK MY DOOR?”

Hi Christine, really sorry to hear DPD didn't leave the parcel in your safe space. Unfortunately we have no control over where DPD leave their parcels but I understand how frustrating this is. Whilst there is not much Pillow World can do we have fed this back to DPD who will take it into investigation.

“I love this pillow - so very comfortable. I bought it as am a back sleeper but part time side sleeper too so it is perfect for both positions. Probably best pillow in terms of comfort that I ever bought”
