“Pillows not comfortable in fact my "old pillows " are much better gave these pillows a fare chance (3weeks) when I sent the company a email all they were conserned about was left it too long to claim a refund of whitch I was never interested in DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE . They are not nice people”
Hi Robert, really sorry to hear you weren't happy with your pillows. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns over 14 days and on opened and used pillows for hygiene reasons. We do our upmost to match everyone with their perfect pillows but comfort is subjective and sometimes its just not the right fit.
“I have searched high and low for pillows that suit myself and my husband that have structure but aren’t too hard. I opted for the seriously comfortable memory comfort pillows and I am so impressed! They are extremely comfortable for both side and back sleepers. They provide support without loosing structure. They are also washable as the covers can be removed. Really pleased.”
