Thank you so much for the feedback, we try and match everyone with their perfect pillow but sometimes it just isn't a perfect fit. Glad your friend found them comfortable however :)

Hi Angela, our Lavender pillow is filled with lavender microcapsules that release a gentle aroma when in contact with friction. If you try plumping it, your pillow should begin to release its fragrance :)
