“This is an innovate service! I like working with Pinwheel. I wish things were a little more refined - and that the software was a little less buggy...but it does what I need it to do and help me help my kids to learn how to engage with tech.”

“We've had Pinwheel for over year and just added another phone to household. Overall it's been a great system and allows us greater visibility/control over what our kids are doing on their phones. When we've had issues the customer service chat has worked hard to troubleshoot and resolve any issues we're encountering. I'd highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for those features.”

“Pinwheel served as a great starting point for our daughter and introducing her to the responsibility of having a phone and that type of communication. The only issues we experienced were related to connectivity. Sometimes she would be able to make a call or send/receive a text and sometimes she wouldn't - regardless of network or WiFi connectivity. That was troubling.”
