“Love these phones. They allow my kids to do the things they need to do but they aren’t tempted to be attached to them all the time. I have used customer service for technical issues a few times and they were very helpful and fixed the issues.”

“My child's phone lost all the apps and within a short amount of time the customer service chat helped me get everything fixed. They also answered all questions I had while we figured out the app issue. Rizza was amazing!”

“Pinwheel as a product is great. Just hope you don't get a lemon or need assistance because their customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered. Either on the phone or email, you feel like a hamster on a wheel, working really hard but never getting anywhere. The phone they sent was refurbished, didn't work right from the start. When it stopped charging we finally threw up our hands and went over to Troomi. They wouldn't even refund the 6 months of service we didn't use.”
