“While my oldest child was able to find a couple workarounds for the service, the service was great. Any workarounds they found were reported to Pinwheel support. The phones, service, and controls were excellent and will consider Pinwheel for my other children when they come of age for a phone.”

“I can't say enough good things about Pinwheel. They are the perfect go-between when your teen needs a smartphone but you're just not ready to hand them over everything that typically comes with it. And Customer Service is top-notch! Always friendly. Always overtly helpful. Thank you, Pinwheel! If you're a parent and you're on the fence... go with Pinwheel. You won't regret it.”

“I like this phone because it gives me peace of mind knowing that I know who my child is talking to as well as being able to read his texts. I also like the fact that there is no social media on it or browser. Phone addiction is a real addiction that causes depression and anxiety, so it's a good thing to limit exposure to this.”
