This watch was bought as a Christmas present in 2024. In April it failed to wind and was sent for repair under guarantee. One moth later it was returned' repaired'. No paperwork was returned with the watch. It looked as though the complete movement had been replaced as the watch face was different to the one that had been sent. Unfortunatley, the watch had obviously not been tested as it was now gaining approximatley 10 minutes every hour making it unfit for purpose. On the 15th May 2025 it was once again returned under guarantee. Four weeks later it was returned repaired, this time with a repair docket, (535/23). It is now July and the winding mechanism has failed making the watch useless again.
To have a mechanical device fail three times within seven months seems unreasonable. I am reluctant to pay the postage and returne the watch yet again for repair as I have no faith in the repairers Harrison Brothers and Howson Ltd, 119 The Chase, LONDON the designated repairers for the guarantee.”

“Only confusion was over the “lapel” engraving as it was not clear that it was the front of the case. When ordered that engraving did not appear on the order confirmation but a quick call got that confirmed and all was well on delivery. The watch looks great but as it is a gift not yet given I have no information on its performance. Time will tell !

“I wanted a present for my future husband on our wedding day, my father and his father. I chose a style and design that matched and I thought would mean something to all of them with personalised inscriptions on the outer case.
I was impressed with the available options, the ability to do personalised engravings and the speed of service and delivery.
Incredible service. If I'm to be extra picky I found the limitations a little difficult to gauge but after a few attempts I got it correct.
I would like to suggest if there's anyway to do a preview on the watch of the engravings that would be an awesome feature to help customers visualise the text in the space.
