“I have purchased 2 pocket watches this year.
Both the watches were fantastic and delivered really quickly. The second only took 24 hours including the engraving.
Highly recommend”
“The watch I brought has lived up to my expectations. An easy ordering process and the engraving is top class. Delivery was on time and was well packed.”
“Having given my Grandfathers pocket watch to his great Grandson when he became a Royal Marine I wanted a replacement for myself. The watch I bought arrived very quickly, has an excellent finish and has kept perfect time since I first wound it. All in all a great replacement at a very reasonable price.”
“What a fantastic service . After 1st delivery was badly delivered by the Royal Mail (was placed in a green bin on bin collection day ) . A lovey lady called Kate was very helpful and got the whole situation sorted within a couple of days and I received the 2nd parcel in time for my partner to wear at his daughters wedding . Again what an amazing service and will definitely be using your company again and recommending them to others”
“Due to an mix up, my order was rejected by the goods in team at my office. This was a major issue as the item was a gift for a colleague who was leaving and moving back to Mexico. Kate was an absolute pleasure and super helpful. She was able to turn around a new order for me within 24 hours and get this shipped back to me. I cannot praise Kate enough for her help and support in this process and if I could, I would give 10 stars for Kate alone!
The watch itself looked fantastic - elegant and classy. It came well packaged and as a watch collector, incredible value when compared to some luxury watch brands! Super happy customer and will purchase again in future.
Thank you so much, especially Kate!”
“A lovely pocket watch! Beautiful design, clear, crisp, excellent engraving. The ordering process was easy and the watch was delivered - well packaged and in a nice presentation box - within 3 days. Brilliant!”
“Order placing very simple. with review of engraving also made very simple and hassle free. The product delivered as promised and looks amazing in its own little presentation box the engraving again as stated while ordering. The whole process was very straightforward and I’m a happy customer”
