“Was a gift for my son’s 16th and I wanted to get him something special. They were great with communication and emailing me very quickly when something arose. My son wanted a Japanese quote on there though PocketWatch were unable to do the Japanese quote and apologised and asked if I wanted it sent to me and I could find somewhere else.
Even though the Japanese quote couldn’t be done they emailed me very quickly and made me feel like they cared that they couldn’t complete my request which I very much appreciated.
I still feel like they deserve 5 stars and would highly recommend.”
“Arrived very promptly, slight problem with the chain with one clip end becoming detached very easily, not worth sending it back solve the problem with a little bit of epoxy adhesive.
The biggest disappointment was the VAT was not deducted on a sale to the Channel Islands in line with HMRC guidelines.”
