“I placed my first order and didn't receive free shipping despite what the website offered, which didn't inspire confidence, but the staff were helpful and refunded the cost.
The website isn't designed very well, despite being mostly functional the layout needs work because some parts are hard to read or you can't read them at all because they're covered. I also couldn't pay with PayPal because it didn't work and had to end up using my card.
