“Was supposed to be same day delivery to my mother for her birthday, they claimed to have left the flowers at a white door, my mother doesnt have a white door. They redelivered the next day and i ordered all purple flowers, they delivered pink ones. Nothing that was pictured was delivered. For $100 i got this gross flower arrangement. Horrible.”

“Though I've sent friends and family ProFlowers flowers for years, this is the first time I've had a good photo of the flowers that arrived. It was beautiful; better than the photo that I'd ordered from. Thank you.”
