“I wanted to wait a little bit so my dog could try everything. New to this sort of food, but he seems to enjoy the stuff, and from reviews of other places it seems to be a decent quality. There hasn't been anything he hasn't liked yet, even a few things he has had a funny look at, he's gone on to eat after having a good sniff. He's a big chewer and I wanted an alternative to toys (he still has toys, don't worry), he just chews them up and have found plenty of plastic in his poo. They don't last super long with him, but long enough to satisfy the chew urge, actually the dried fish seemed to last as long as the pizzle which surprised me. I'm quite pleased and going to start looking now for another order soon because he's running out of a few bits. Was intending on trying another place but will stick here for now, especially since he hasn't had any tummy issues (one of my worries, he's grain free due to diarrhea and was concerned he may have other sensitivities).”

“My 1st time using this company. I bought 'Kong' Shakers Honkers Turkeys for my own dog and my daughters for Christmas as well as some pigs ears which are huge ! Excellent prices, super fast delivery and well packaged. Will definitely use again when needed.”

“I wanted to buy another Kong Wubba toy as they are good quality and survive the many attempts at destruction from my greyhound. Even though many places sell these toys, I specifically chose to purchase from Proper Natural as I was able to choose which animal I wanted, whereas other retailers didn't give me that option. Good price, prompt delivery and liked the added touch of the handwritten note. I'd buy from Proper Natural again.”

“I am very happy with the 2 orders I have placed with this company and my puppy is even happier! The bull's pizzels have kept him occupied for hours. The rabbit ears are a real treat and the 100% meat cubes are perfect for training treats. The items are well-packed and are in resealable packets. it is also good to receive free postage on orders over £50. I telephoned the customer service team with a problem, they dealt with it speedily and professionally. Thank you”
