“The report is concise and a bit more than I expected - however the site asked me for my mobile phone number before I could get the report and I don't have a mobile phone. Had to call and was told just to put in my landline number. What a pain! Had trouble understanding the young lady I was speaking with.”
“This site was very good to check property information. I was not able to get all the information I needed from it, but I did receive a response from an representative that reached out to me, and am currently waiting for someone to research what I needed and get back to me.”
“The service is very good, maybe even a little over the top. For instance i received a text message asking me if I was pleased with the report even before I reviewed it online to see what I had and then when I closed the online report I was asked if I was pleased with the report. I was a little surprised to find out this is now a pay-service, I guess funding wasn't quite keeping up with the bills.”
