Only half the order was delivered and money was taken for full order. No explanation or note or email to say why.

If i could give zero i would. I set up an account last week excited to deal with your company as it has a large range of goods at very keen prices. The incorrect address details and Eircode were set up and my first order for toner made a week ago has still not been delivered. I rang and emailed a number of times and was told it was under query. I was also told that i confirmed the company address and eircode which i did not as the lady who set up the account was online looking us up and obviously found the wrong company. No one rang me back ! In Mean time a catalogue came in the post and i was charged . I DID NOT order a catalogue so please credit that charge. Yesterday in good faith i ordered 3 moniters and there was a code for a gift of chocolates which i put on the order. They arrived today with a delivery charge of 3.99 !!! I would have bought a box of chocolates for that !! I emailed finally this evening and told them to cancel the toner order as we cannot do with out this another day . I am very disappointed with the whole experience so far and will not be recommending the company to my business colleagues. WHile i understand things can go wrong all that was needed was communication to keep me updated and we might not have reached the point we are at now. Good prices is all very well but bad service is unnaceptable. Niamh Connolly

Hi Niamh, I'm very sorry you had a bad experience with us with your initial order. I believe you had confirmed to my colleague that your Eircode was incorrect on google so this is what has caused the delivery issues and we were trying to have this updated. I hope you understand it is difficult to amend the address details when goods were in transit. The €3.99 delivery charge were for the monitors you ordered not the catalogue or the free chocolates, these monitors just arrive from a different warehouse than where the catalogues and chocolates are held. I hope you enjoyed the chocolates and I believe this has now been resolved for you. The company , Purple Panda , Very good company to do business with But I have serious reservations about the Couriers they use to deliver Our goods. It would be better if Purple Panda would wrap the goods in a form of Shrink Wrap to stop whatever Courier being used from any damage that occours , Which means that the Costumor is NOT left waiting for their Goode , ITS a Pity that Your site is not up to simplicity ............................

Would give zero sraes if possible. Ordered two items, both delivered damaged. Emailed them, they organised collection of damaged items and sent a new ones. New items delivered damaged again. Not waiting over two weeks for collection of damaged items, keep sending emails, still didn't get money back or items I paid for. Sick of it. Never again this company

This is not the service we usually deliver at all, and the issue has been raised with our warehouse with regards better packaging and also our delivery partners in order to improve the experience going forward. I'd give zero if I could. Ordered and paid 4th August. Still hasn't arrived. E-mailed and was assured it would arrive last Monday. It didn't. Advised you to cancel the order and refund me as it seemed pointless to continue. Neither the order nor my refund have arrived. Never again.

I ordered no more nails 4 packs of each. To hold 2 kg and 3kg and none of them would hold a plastic soap dish and they are not very sticky at all. Very disappointing as I have used it before . In the shower I put up a hook and it has been there for years and has never fallen down. So glad I didn’t use it to hang a picture.

I haven’t got the order. I was promised for a refund which I also haven’t got. I hope I will, but now I don’t even get reply for my emails more than a week. This is very upsetting as I trusted this company earlier.
