In future we would recommend getting in touch with us first before leaving a negative review, as this gives us no opportunity to look into why your radio code was incorrect for your model of radio. Our top-tier customer service team would have gotten back to you in no time at all to get to the bottom of your issue. In our experience 95% of incorrect radio codes are due to an incorrect serial number being entered into our decoders, but if it was determined that your radio was one of the rare few that have had their code reprogrammed from the original manufacturer code, you would have been provided a complete refund.
