Hi Ion You requested a refund claiming that your Vauxhall's radio code had not worked. Since we've decoded countless examples of your model of radio and have one of the highest success rates for radio unlock codes in the industry, it is highly unlikely your code was incorrect, so we asked you to provide video evidence showing the incorrect code being entered along with any errors that appear on the display. You then mentioned in your subsequent email that you had gone on to purchase the code from the dealership without following any of the instructions we provided. As also mentioned in our email to you, we suspect that your code was actually wrong because you were trying to generate a pair code for your vehicle's Bluetooth, which is something that the video evidence we asked for would have clarified. A Bluetooth pair code is not the same thing as a radio code, and we cannot offer refunds for a user error like this. In future, if you are in any doubt as to whether we can provide the code you need, you should contact our customer service team instead of purchasing a code that we incur costs for and expecting a refund at a later date. Hello We're not sure why you decided to leave us a negative review after we a) investigated and determined conclusively that your incorrect radio code was caused by you adding numbers into your radio's serial number that did not exist on your radio's label, causing a code for an entirely different model of radio to be generated, and b) decided to proactively refund your code anyway on the off chance that the issue was caused by our Vauxhall decoder page not being as clear as it could be for your rare model of radio. In light of the fact that you felt all of the above was still deserving of a 1-star review, and in light of the extensive amount of time we spent repeatedly explaining the above over 15+ emails, please be advised that we have now decided to reverse your refund and recoup our costs for generating your code. This now returns you to the position that you were in previously with respect to our Refund Policy - being ineligible for a refund due to entering numbers that did not exist on your radio's label.
