Hello Darran Unfortunately you conned yourself out of a fiver, since I can see just from looking at your serial number that you didn't follow the instructions on the Ford page and added letters to a random number from your radio's display in order to bypass our website's checks. This is why every single one of our manufacturer pages contains a warning in red to double-check that the serial matches the serial number on your radio, and if you had entered the number you did exactly as it appeared, you will have seen an error stating it's not a valid serial number, and reminding you to look at the image examples or read the guide again carefully. In addition if you had gotten in touch with us first as instructed by your entry instructions, we could have clarified this for you via email. As it is, you will now likely have to pay more and wait longer for the same code from elsewhere, when simply following the instructions in our guide or contacting us before trying to bypass our website's checks would have gotten you your correct code in minutes.
