Hi Ion You requested a refund claiming that your Vauxhall's radio code had not worked. Since we've decoded countless examples of your model of radio and have one of the highest success rates for radio unlock codes in the industry, it is highly unlikely your code was incorrect, so we asked you to provide video evidence showing the incorrect code being entered along with any errors that appear on the display. You then mentioned in your subsequent email that you had gone on to purchase the code from the dealership without following any of the instructions we provided. As also mentioned in our email to you, we suspect that your code was actually wrong because you were trying to generate a pair code for your vehicle's Bluetooth, which is something that the video evidence we asked for would have clarified. A Bluetooth pair code is not the same thing as a radio code, and we cannot offer refunds for a user error like this. In future, if you are in any doubt as to whether we can provide the code you need, you should contact our customer service team instead of purchasing a code that we incur costs for and expecting a refund at a later date.
