“My rating must be reduced by RCMAs stuff up. I ordered the eFlite UMX Pitts Special. When I received the order it was the wrong model, the 850mm Pitts Special. I was sent a return shipping docket and returned the model. My complaint is that the model I ordered was not to be shipped (and as of right now hasn't been) until they had received the 850mm Pitts back. It was not my error to ship the wrong model and I fail to see why I should be disadvantaged by having the shipping time for my order tripled for an error completely the fault of RCMA.”
