“I put in a request in the morning and by that afternoon I got a call from them. They give me updates and reminders so I don't miss my appointments and my new therapist is 10× better than the ones I've tried looking for myself.”

“ReachLink has made it super convenient to find the right therapist and book appointments! Finding a therapist who’s covered under my insurance plan, with a focus to my specific needs has been a daunting process. However, reachlink has made the process much less stressful! All of the customer service representatives have been super helpful and supportive. It feels more collaborative and less like a solo mission.”

“I absolutely love each person I've had the pleasure of talking to when scheduling appointments. They know how to keep it professional AND sound like a friend at the same time. They made sure to give me plenty of options which is helpful when you want to find the right therapist. The process is honestly really smooth and simple too. I'm very comfortable with my therapist which is a win for me! Reachlink is doing things very well and I appreciate them for their kindness! I'm definitely going to continue with my sessions!! :)”

“This company has been very helpful from day one, helping you match with the right therapist for you or significant others. Steven is who I talked to the first day and he was very patient, caring and helpful. He sent me multiple suggestions and helped me find the right therapist, followed up with me to ensure everything was going smoothly, helped me get get the paperwork done and even followed up after the first couple of sessions. I love the therapist we have, we get a text after each session, checking up and another one during the week to see if we want to schedule another appointment. I would recommend them to anyone who needs therapy!”
