I used Rehlat to book a hotel room, which they were unable to reserve for me for some obscure reason.
It's now been over three weeks now since I am chasing them on a regular basis to get a refund and still haven't seen a sign of a single penny on my account.”

“This company is a fraudulent agency. They charged me 120 Euros for a hotel booking but did not make the booking. After charging my credit card, I was informed the reservation was not made as the price had increased and if I wanted to continue with the reservation I would have to pay 76 Euros more. It is to be noted that this is illegal as the contract was formed as soon as I paid the price offered and my credit card was charged. However, they took the payment but refused the reservation. I have followed over 20 times in the last 2 months to demand my payment return. Their response comes from a chatbot instead of a human being. I shall be taking this to the e-commerce customer regulator as an aggriveed customer and lawyer.”
