“Faulty IBSA Viscoderm Product I purchased an IBSA Viscoderm product that was faulty. I have provided the batch number and all relevant details, yet no action has been taken to offer a replacement or a refund. The Birmingham office has been given all the necessary information but has failed to address the issue. The London office has been entirely unhelpful and unwilling to assist. It has also come to light that Reliable Medicare is not an authorised IBSA partner, which raises serious concerns. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.”

We have been more than willing to assist and would be happy to review any additional evidence you are able to provide. At present, however, we are only seeing a pump that the mechanism is actively working on, and on that basis we are unable to deem it faulty. All of our products are sourced exclusively through authorised channels, and we would not have been operating successfully for over 13 years without adhering to the correct and lawful procedures. Please note that our London office will not be able to assist further, as your order was processed through our Birmingham branch. - Reliable Medicare Team

“The new office in Oxford street is nice, finally opened in London! I ordered 02 Me line Caucasian skin night cream to apply after chemical peel to fight my hyperpigmentation; and also 05 Me line mask. Very powerful products that are helping me with hyperpigmentation problem so I order them over and over again. My order came on time to the London’s office. Reliable Medicare - nice company with quality products and friendly personnel. Highly recommend to everyone who needs professional skincare!”
