“my order was delivered somewhere else by Dhl and i want a refund .. but its been nearly a month they just keep on telling me that the process of refund is going on.. i am very disappointed this time as i am a regular customer.. and they dont even consider at all .. 👎🏻”

As we did not hear back from you, we naturally assumed you had been able to locate the parcel. Unfortunately, the longer the time frame, the more difficult it becomes for DHL to trace and resolve such matters. “Very frustrating and unfortunately not a good experience. Very poor customer care. My parcel have been lost and Im still awaiting refund 7 weeks later unsure if I will even receive my money back at thos point. Emails bouncing back and forth. Never in 6 years of running the clinic and ordering from various suppliers and pharmacies I had to deal with such a case and poor customer service. Very disappointing.”
