“I order a product that requires shipment to the US. The customer service reps respond quickly to my calls and email. My product is shipped quickly and generally takes about a week from order to receipt. Reliable Medicare consistently performs. Good job!”

“Very frustrating and unfortunately not a good experience. Very poor customer care. My parcel have been lost and Im still awaiting refund 7 weeks later unsure if I will even receive my money back at thos point. Emails bouncing back and forth. Never in 6 years of running the clinic and ordering from various suppliers and pharmacies I had to deal with such a case and poor customer service. Very disappointing.”
