“Not happy with service and totally disappointed with product as it was not a genuine product. I did not receive a refund and I paid £120.00 for the product!!”

These ingredients can naturally cause subtle differences between batches. Such variations do not affect the efficacy or safety of the product. However, as the product had already been opened and used, we were unable to process a return in line with our policy. “I bought the goods on November 25 last year, but I still haven't received them. I have sent several urgent emails, but I still haven't received any information about the whereabouts of my parcel. If your can't find it, we will go through the insurance procedure. The reply I got was that the insurance procedure can only be used if there is proof that the parcel is lost. Please tell me how long I have to wait. A fan who likes your company's products”
