We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. Your order was dispatched the same day payment was received using the fastest shipping service available at the time. Unfortunately, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed once a parcel is in transit, particularly when additional delivery instructions are requested directly with the courier. In this case, changes made through DHL On Demand did contribute to delays that were outside of our control. When the parcel was refused and returned to us, we advised that refunds are normally not possible on returned medical products due to their nature. Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we processed a refund for the order value, withholding only the original shipping cost, which had already been incurred. This is a standard practice when shipping costs are not recoverable and the delay was not due to an error on our side. We understand how frustrating delivery concerns can be and empathise with the disappointment of not receiving an order when expected. However, we did everything within our control to dispatch promptly and resolve the matter fairly. “I DO NOT have good experience in purchasing products in this company. The 1st time I ordered a set of Mesoestetic Dermamelan Home Pack from here but the dermamelan treatment only got 5 months of validity. I called to complain and the company said I need to check the expiry date before I ordered. The 2nd time I ordered, it came another issue. Once after I apply the Dermamelan Treatment, my face got redness and swelling. I sent an email to the company regarding the sensitive reaction I've had (note: I've been using this product for more than 3 years and never have this happened before when buying from other company) and expecting them for a refund or at least a replacemne of it. But they just said they can do nothing about it. OMG! it's really not a reliable company !!!”

“I love this company. They have competetive pricing and a large selection. The only issue for me is that I need to wire the payment as I'm in the US. Sometimes the exchange rate changes and I end up needing to wire more money, and don't find out for a few days. If I've overpaid, they will not refund, but will add to a future order. I've never needed to return something. Overall this is a solid company.”

“Have been getting from reliable Medicare for a few years now delivery is always very quick. My last order id put the wrong delivery address onto my order, being a Sunday I sent an email and phoned the next morning at 8.30. Customer service was able to tell me that it had been sorted and that an email was about to be sent. That’s what I call excellent service”

“I have placed the order recent time and that was my second order Very disappointed with their poor service. They took my money and delayed sending my order, which caused me to lose my clients. On top of that, they sent the parcel to a completely different address, and I still haven’t received it. No proper communication or responsibility from their side. Not recommended at all.”
