“Not happy with service and totally disappointed with product as it was not a genuine product. I did not receive a refund and I paid £120.00 for the product!!”

That said, we must respectfully disagree with any suggestion that our products are not authentic. All items we offer are sourced from trusted suppliers and meet stringent quality and authenticity standards. Please note that variations in colour or consistency do not necessarily indicate a product is inauthentic—especially for formulations that contain active ingredients. These ingredients can naturally cause subtle differences between batches. Such variations do not affect the efficacy or safety of the product. We do acknowledge your concern, and we’re sorry that this initial doubt led to disappointment. However, as the product had already been opened and used, we were unable to process a return in line with our policy. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all our customers, particularly with products that are topical or ingestible. Every case is reviewed thoroughly on an individual basis. Our goal is always to reach a fair and reasonable outcome, and our customer service team strives to make every experience a positive one. In some instances, however, we are limited by health and safety regulations that prevent us from accepting returns once a product has been used. “My ordered was open after long time investigations and send them back still didn’t refund my money back. Awful customer service”

“I have had a very bad experience, where you have scammed me and I’m out of pocket because you sent me a counterfeit cosmelon 2 product. I stated in my email to you, that ai WAS NOT PEELING AND I WANTED TO RETURN THE ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND. This email was done before I contacted my credit card company. I did not want to keep the item as it was no use to me, it was not working for me, and I was advised by the original seller, who provided me with a confirmation email, they had contacted you, and you refused to disclose where you sourced your meseostetic products from, also advising me to stop using the product as it may be dangerous. I have read a lot negative reviews on Trustpilot and google with other people stating the same facts. I suffer from depression and anxiety, and this s experience has left me devastated and distressed. I suffer from pigmentation and I have spent a lot of money, and I will have to purchase from elsewhere again. It has been very stressful for me and I will not be purchasing from you again, after how you treat customers, it’s disgraceful and appalling. I can’t sleep at night and have been left feeling suicidal. I would not recommend you to anyone. I used the cream because I thought I would eventually start peeling, and contacted you immediately when I was aware it wasn’t working, as I did not want you think, I’ve not even tried it properly. I do not appreciate you making nasty remarks about me. This is the first time I have experienced this kind of customer service. I believe you are a fraudulent company who is not certified.”

We were surprised and disheartened to read your recent review. To be completely honest, we are also quite shocked, especially as we have not received a response to our last email. We would like to clarify a few important points. Firstly, we are not affiliated with Mesoestetic, nor do we have any direct communication with them. Therefore, any claim that we have refused to disclose our sourcing is simply untrue. As is standard industry practice, we are not direct distributors, which is not uncommon in this field. It is very concerning that misleading information appears to have been shared with you, seemingly intended to damage our reputation. We view this as both false and defamatory. Additionally, we have never made any negative comments about you. Our only request was for photos of the products you received so we could verify the batch and assist you accordingly. Without a response, we have unfortunately not been given the chance to support or resolve your concerns. It is deeply disappointing to see efforts being made to harm a business that works diligently to build trust with its customers. We assure you we have acted with integrity throughout and have done nothing wrong. We remain open to resolving this matter and would appreciate the opportunity to do so.

“I bought the goods on November 25 last year, but I still haven't received them. I have sent several urgent emails, but I still haven't received any information about the whereabouts of my parcel. If your can't find it, we will go through the insurance procedure. The reply I got was that the insurance procedure can only be used if there is proof that the parcel is lost.
