“I recently reached out to Revive for a quote on a project, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. While my past interactions with the company were positive—primarily working with Jameson—this time, I was connected with Jon Salas, and the level of service was disappointing. The initial consultation with Jon went well, and I provided all the necessary details about the project. I was told to expect a preliminary estimate EOD. However, after following up the next day, I didn’t hear back for three days. When I finally received a response, it was incomplete and only addressed a small part of the project. Nearly two weeks have passed since the initial consultation, and I still haven’t received an estimate or any meaningful follow-up. If Revive prioritizes larger jobs over smaller ones, they should make that clear from the outset. The lack of communication and follow-through has been disappointing and unprofessional. This experience has been a sharp contrast to my previous positive interactions with the company. While I understand every business has its challenges, consistency and communication are crucial—and in this case, both were lacking. I hope Revive takes steps to improve their process and ensure every potential client receives the attention they deserve, regardless of project size.”

“Revive has done an amazing job for my clients in the past, but this time was unique because I was both the listing agent AND the seller. “Easy to reach is probably number one here. Both Jameson and Jeremy were always available and spent plenty of time on the phone with any questions, clarifications and concerns. Working with Revive for the first time was a learning process and I know better now how to manage the next project with them, which I’m looking forward to. My biggest items to adjust for the future would be more written clarity on my side and more personal project check ins onsite by Jeremy (or whichever project manager) to stay on top of completed projects for quality assurance and/or any change order inspections. What I think I like best is my relationship to the Revive team. Feels like friendships were built here and looking forward to many more projects in the future together.”

“This is my first time using the Revive program and was super happy with it! My seller wanted a certain price point that we absolutely could not obtain with the properties current condition. Nor did he have the money to finance the improvements he wanted to make! Big problem. Revive to the rescue! Their design team was amazing. Reviewed everything with me online, show me their ideas.
