Revive totally renovated this old house. We've now moved to listing the house for sale. The renovation was extensivel as it needed a lot of TLC. Jon, Claudia, and Josh especially were great to work with, and despite several obstacles along the way, got us to the finish line and the house looks better than ever!! James Vandervest M.Ed

Easy to reach is probably number one here. Both Jameson and Jeremy were always available and spent plenty of time on the phone with any questions, clarifications and concerns. Working with Revive for the first time was a learning process and I know better now how to manage the next project with them, which I’m looking forward to. My biggest items to adjust for the future would be more written clarity on my side and more personal project check ins onsite by Jeremy (or whichever project manager) to stay on top of completed projects for quality assurance and/or any change order inspections. What I think I like best is my relationship to the Revive team. Feels like friendships were built here and looking forward to many more projects in the future together.

I really want to give this 5 stars, but the communication and accountability from the project manager Jeremy, was lacking. Jeremy did not seem to have the skills necessary to be tough on the general contractor when he needed a push. My sellers were very dissatisfied by the promises to finish the construction on time and blowing almost 3 weeks past the original deadline. As we all know, in real estate, time is money, and the inability to complete on time and get them on the market, cost them. The total price was incredibly expensive and a lot of mistakes were made. For that price, I would have expected white glove service. I don't know how much of these mistakes fall back on Revive as the company in charge, or how many of them were the direct result of the general contractor who was never actually on site to oversee the project. I will be giving the company additional opportunities to prove they can handle these large projects, but I expect a higher level of service for the price.
