“I had the original rinse kit and always knew that if a pumped version came out, I would get it. I got so used to the convenience of the first one and the seals started to break down recently so it was an easy decision for me to upgrade. Can’t say much I love the convenience of this version. Here’s my take on the goods and bads of it.
The Good: Not having to hook up to a pressurized water source is ultimate convenience when compared to previous models; the added volume; pump pressure and nozzle are pretty good combination; simplified spray settings are optimized for use; good as a stool for sitting or standing on; portable, I use a small aluminum foldable cart to haul it around, I use it to rinse my car as my condo doesn’t allow having a hose in our car wash; quick and easy blasting of bird poop and tree droppings; wash all my sporting equipment on the spot like shoes, golf clubs, softball equipment, surfboards, etc; camping hand wash station with automatic hands free set up+++; shipping was fast!!!!
The Bad: the handle was not updated and struggles to hold up to the additional weight at full volume; the lid is weaker than previous models, making standing on it a little dangerous (I know it’s not meant to be a stool, but that was a good thing about the previous model, it was sturdy enough to use as a step up into my truck bed); these are not deal breakers as the good far exceed the bad. Probably not a good idea to be using it as a step stool to begin with 😂. I don’t intend on carrying this much either. Since using my lil cart thing to haul it, it’s a much better way to lug this around and I can latch the nozzle onto the top of the cart for convenience storage while not in use. Overall, very happy with the purchase. Many cannot believe how much I paid for it. They think I’m crazy for spending that amount. I see it as a resource of convenience for the things I enjoy doing in life. You pay for convenience and education. And this thing has taught me a lot about what I like and made my life more convenient. Good trade off to me.”
“Bought it only because it was on sale probably wouldn’t of purchased otherwise but it’s a very cool idea I’ve used it a handful of times and seems to work good and I can see many other uses for it as well”
“I have the Rinsekit Pod and the heater for it. I use it to rinse off after trail runs to get the dirt off before getting in the car. The Pod is perfect for my needs. It has enough pressure to get the dirt off and it’s small enough to take it wherever I go. One thing I would change about it is add something to tuck the hose and the cord into. They flop around when I carry it. The heater is nice, but not useful if I do a long run because there is no way to charge it while I’m running. A battery pack would work if there was a timer to delay the start, or if there was a low setting so it could heat for hours.”
“Not very ergonomic, my unit would not hold pressure, had to pump frequently , heating mechanism really not practical except for vehicle uses,1st time I used my friends and it worked well for days, no heat required ,the designers might consider insulation and an easier to use pressure system”

“I bought RinseKit for my son who is a weekend surfer. He used to have me save my empty plastic detergent bottles to fill with hot water so he could rinse off after surfing…..he was beyond excited to receive this gift and let me know how amazing it is to have convenient hot shower on hand 👏🏻👏🏻 He and his girlfriend like to camp so this gift will have many uses!! “I already wrote an email to the company and sent messages through IG dm about this without a response. I received my rinse kit pro and it was a disaster. There were wires sticking out between the shell and the insert. The were bolts that were not even installed holding the pump in place. A single piece of packing tape poorly applied is what was holding the battery in place and the insert was severely warped. Yet, there was a QC inspection card laying on top. That means someone was either lazy and just tossed a card in and didn’t bother to actually evaluate the unit or they evaluated, have no idea how to do their job and still decided to waste my time as a buyer and the companies time as an employee. Overall the product is bottom of the barrel in quality of parts and especially poor quality in regards to factory assembly. I would’ve expected someone from Rinsekit to have inspected the unit after I returned it, verified indeed is was a dumpster fire and then issued some sort of apology. The fact that didn’t happen tells me the company simply doesn’t care”

“Ordered and paid for a pressure pump thing that indicated was in stock and would ship in less than a week. It’s been weeks now, and as far as I can tell from tracking provided, only a shipping label was supposedly created in less than a week, which seemed promising at the time, but doesn’t indicate still that any unit was ever even picked up by the shipper for that label.
It’s pretty hard to give a good review for something that I ordered and paid for but never shipped. Moreover, the pod unit previously purchased continues to uselessly just sit in its box in the garage for weeks now - pretty useless without the pump to pressurize it and in all honesty screams how it realistically should just come included with the unit instead of shamelessly being forced to additionally purchase it after the original sale in the hope that it might someday squirt some water as advertised. I don’t know though, so far it’s just a lot of good money after bad. Was this strategy originally pitched on shark tank? Burn me twice - shame on me? So far I honestly couldn’t be more disappointed.
I hope someone might do me right because of this honest review. Will try to fairly update - for better or worse if anything changes.”

Unfortunately, we have been having some issues with USPS and lost packages, and it seems like yours is one. Additionally, we are unaware of whose orders did not get scanned until it is brought to our attention. Your package was sent out again today 11/17.
As for the Pod, there are 3 handy ways to fill the unit! The Pod comes with the Hose Bib Adapter and Hot Water Sink Adapter included, which are the first two, and the Pressure Booster Pump being the third, so purchasing the pump is not 100% necessary to add pressure to the unit, hence it being sold separately. “I'm still waiting on my part... tracking number shows the post office is still waiting on package to arrive and uts been a while. Quick to charge and print out a shipping label but not to ship my what I would consider overpriced hand pump over.”
